Shipment

Free local shipment within Hong Kong for orders over HKD1,000. HKD $50 will be charged for shipment under HKD $1,000.

Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase from our Hong Kong warehouse, pending availability and credit verification.

You can email us for more information about international shipping to your country.

 

Return & Exchange

If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may exchange unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order and the shipping fee are borne by the buyer. All items are non-refundable. Please e-mail us with the product name, your order number, and reason for exchange. Original shipping costs are non–refundable. 

HOWL reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return/exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund/exchange will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
